Leadership Legacy in Banking

Lee spent his first 15-years in the workforce climbing the corporate ladder in the banking and finance world. He learned HR, financial analysis and loan structuring in those years but more importantly, Lee learned leadership from some of the greatest leaders in the industry. He attributes much of his business acumen and success to the men and women who taught, discipled and mentored him during his days in banking. As a result, Lee loves to give back to that community and encourage all bankers, but in particular young and mid-career bankers.

Lee graduated college with one goal:  To become a banker.  He sought jobs at several local, community and regional banks and eventually was hired on.  He loved working in the industry and has a special place in his heart for those still in the field.

Lee understands the stress and fatigue that can come from being a banker while trying to be a competent parent and a caring spouse.  He knows the tug and pull of the market, the competition for customers and the necessity of turning all of that off when you go home.

While in banking, Lee worked to figure out how to have balance and LOVES sharing that with others in the field.  Young bankers, mid-career banker and even seasoned men and woman can get lost in the days and years that pass.  Lee is excellent at helping those in a life situation like that to make the small, incremental changes that will allow joy at work and at home.
